We gather as a church on the unceded ancestral lands of the Gabrielino-Tongva people. We respectfully acknowledge this people as the traditional caretakers of this land and honor their ongoing presence among us. We are grateful for the opportunity that we have been given to come together on this land for worship and fellowship.
Nos reunimos como una iglesia en las tierras ancestrales no cedidas del pueblo Gabrielino-Tongva. Reconocemos con respeto a este pueblo como los cuidadores tradicionales de esta tierra y honramos su presencia continúa entre nosotros. Estamos agradecidos por la oportunidad que se nos ha dado de reunirnos en esta tierra para la adoración y el compañerismo.
The sovereign God said to Moses, “Go on ahead of the people and take some of the elders of Israel with you; take in your hand the staff with which you struck the Nile and go. I will be standing there in front of you on the rock at Horeb. Strike the rock, and water will come out of it, so that the people may drink.”
Y el Dios soberano le dijo a Moisés: «Adelántate al pueblo. Anda, lleva contigo a algunos de los ancianos de Israel, y llévate también la vara con la que golpeaste el río.
