Dear Families of Echo Park UMC:
Greetings in the Spirit of our Loving Creator.
Below is the link to the video “When God Made the World” shared during our Children’s Time in our Service this past Sunday. We want to make it available for those children not able to see it or for whom it was difficult to hear or see on our Facebook live service, so they have a chance to view it and enjoy it with their families. We invite you to share it with your children and families this coming week.
Also, we are inviting all of our beloved children, in response to this video, to make their own piece of art about the wonders of God’s creation. This could be a drawing, painting, sculpture with clay, song, or poem about whatever they think is really wonderful about the earth and all the beautiful places, people, plants or animals that are a part of it. I also invite you, with your child’s permission, to take a picture of their art and send it to me or the church so we can share all of the awesome art created by our children with the whole community of faith.

Además, estamos invitando a todos nuestros amados hijos, en respuesta a este video, a hacer su propia obra de arte sobre las maravillas de la creación de Dios. Esto podría ser un dibujo, pintura, escultura con arcilla, canción o poema sobre lo que creen que es realmente maravilloso sobre la tierra y todos los hermosos lugares, personas, plantas o animales que forman parte de ella. También lo invito, con el permiso de su hijo, a tomar una foto de su arte y enviarla a la iglesia o a mí para que podamos compartir todo el arte increíble creado por nuestros hijos con toda la comunidad de fe.
